Meet Chef Vincent, the heart and soul of SIKI. Arriving in Australia at 13, he quickly fell in love with cooking, mastering various cuisines before diving into Japanese cuisine at Nobu.

Now in Bali, Vincent harmonizes Japanese dining with Balinese influence and global flair at SIKI. With passion and a touch of fun, he’s ready to serve up delicious dishes that show anything is possible.
