Arriving in Australia at 13, he quickly fell in love with cooking, mastering various cuisines before diving into Japanese cuisine at Nobu. With years of experience in some of Japan’s finest kitchens, he has honed his craft to perfection, blending the precision of traditional techniques with a love for Balinese flavors.
